Portal Login Problems - FIXED
Here's an update to the problem I mentioned earlier - some of our customers couldn't log in to our website. You can see my earlier post about this here:

Our Developers have now managed to fix the problem, so everyone should be able to login properly again.
I'm sorry if this caused any problems and thanks for your patience whilst we got this fixed.

Inbound mail delays (52690) - UPDATE
This is an update to the previously reported problem causing delays in the delivery of customers email. A copy of the original announcement can be seen here:-

We have been advised by our email security vendor (Postini), that they have recently suffered a systems failure. It was this failure that led to an increase in load on our mail delivery platform.
Postini have switched to their backup systems and load on our platform is returning to normal levels. Email is no longer being refused and most messages will now be arriving in a timely fashion.
We will leave Service Status on amber whilst we monitor the platform and will provide a further update later today.
Please note that no email has been rejected as result of this problem and all email has been queued for delivery.

Inbound mail delays (52690) - NEW
We are currently experiencing a problem where our inbound mail delivery servers are refusing to accept new messages.
This has the potential to cause delays in the arrival of email sent to customers' mailboxes.
Our network engineers are investigating and further details will be provided as they become available.

Our billing merchant will be applying planned upgrades to their systems. Payments will resume as normal once the maintenance is complete.

We will be unable to take payment during the maintenance window however any customers due to be billed will have their payments processed following completion of this work.
